These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of verticalhairfunnel.com (the "Site"), operated by SEA Rocket LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as The Vertical Hair Funnel OS™. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We provide business-to-business marketing and patient-acquisition services to hair restoration and scalp micropigmentation (SMP) clinics operating in Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Our services are directed exclusively at clinic owners, marketing decision-makers, and other business representatives, and are not directed at patients or consumers seeking medical treatment.
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, a medical claim, or a guarantee of clinical outcomes. We are a marketing services provider, not a medical provider. Any statements referencing hair restoration, scalp micropigmentation, or related procedures reflect general industry context and not a clinical opinion on our part. Prospective clients remain solely responsible for the accuracy and regulatory compliance of any medical claims used in their own marketing materials.
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competitive pressure, a clinic's pricing, reputation, and sales process. Except as expressly set out in a separately signed client agreement or statement of work, we make no guarantee regarding lead volume, cost per lead, booked consultations, conversion rates, or revenue. Any performance figures referenced on the Site are illustrative or historical and are not a promise of future results.
These Terms apply to your general use of the Site. Where you have entered into a separately signed services agreement, statement of work, or contract with us, the terms of that signed agreement will prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict between the two.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, the name "The Vertical Hair Funnel OS™", frameworks, and design elements, is the property of SEA Rocket LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to submit false or misleading information through our enquiry or booking forms, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
The Site may link to, or embed, third-party tools, including our booking calendar. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEA Rocket LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). This limitation does not apply to obligations set out in a separately signed client agreement.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New Mexico.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
